Tidal Wash LLC ("Tidal Wash", "we", "us") provides exterior cleaning services across the Delaware Valley, from Dover, Delaware up through the Philadelphia suburbs to Media, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to quote and carry out work:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Service address and any access notes you give us, such as a gate code.
- Job details — the services you asked about, measurements used for your estimate, and the price quoted.
- Messages you send us by email, text, or through our contact and booking forms.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate and schedule your job.
- To contact you about your quote or appointment, including reminders.
- To send you occasional service offers, but only if you ticked the separate marketing checkbox asking us to.
- To keep records of work carried out, and to meet our tax and legal obligations.
Text messages
Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Text message consent is not shared with third parties.
Our booking form carries two separate, optional checkboxes: one to receive text messages about your own quote and appointment, and a second to receive occasional service offers. They are independent of each other, and we only send what you asked for. Neither is ever a condition of booking work with us — leave them unticked and we will call or email you instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for detail.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to do that work:
- Google — email, calendar, and the spreadsheet where our customer records are kept.
- Twilio — delivers our text messages.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — where you contacted us through an ad or lead form.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Advertising and site analytics
Our website uses the Meta pixel to measure how our advertising performs. This may set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need to for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Enquiries that never became jobs are removed once they are no longer useful to us.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are for property owners and occupiers. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
