Nobody enjoys the ladder in December. We design the display on a picture of your own house — usually without setting foot on the property — then install it, keep it lit for as long as you want it, then take it down and store it until next year.
The package prices are right there on this page, and if you would rather just ring up and describe the house you will get a number. What moves it is the length of the roof line, the number of peaks, whether it is one story or three, and how much of the yard you want lit.
What a phone call cannot do is show you. So we draw the display onto a picture of the front of your own house, and you decide between pictures of your home lit up rather than between three descriptions. It costs nothing and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
We usually do not need to come out to get that picture — Street View shows us the roof line, the peaks and the beds. Where it is out of date, or the house sits back behind trees, you can send a couple of photos from your phone when you ask for the consultation. We arrange to visit when the house genuinely cannot be seen, or when you would simply rather we did.
These are not the boxed sets from the hardware store. Commercial C9 LED on cord we cut to the length of your run, so there is no doubled-back slack bunched at the corner and no extension lead crossing the front of the house. The bulbs are individually replaceable, which is the reason one failure does not take out the whole line.
That one-bulb-at-a-time construction is also why the color is entirely yours. Warm white is what most people are picturing when they picture a house done properly, and cool white looks crisper against brick — but red and warm white, red and green, blue, full multicolor, or a repeating pattern along the run are all the same work to us. The roof does not have to match the trees either, if you would rather it did not.
C9 is the roof line only. Everything at ground level is mini LED on a fine wire that vanishes in daylight: hedges and bed shrubs wrapped so the light sits down inside the foliage instead of sitting on top of it, trees taken up the trunk and out along the main branches, and porch columns, posts and rails spiralled to match.
Wreaths and garland are the rest of it — doors, gables, garage fronts, window ledges and lamp posts — lit, and finished with a bow in the color you picked. Walkways and drive edges get lined. Anything else you have in mind, ask: it is the same commercial-grade kit and the same maintenance wherever it ends up. And if you cannot settle on a color, say so and we will send the same house back in two or three for you to choose from.
The lights, cord, clips and timers are ours. You are paying for a lit house for the season, not for equipment. That is a bigger difference than it sounds: bought lights sit in a garage for eleven months, come out the following November with a dead section and three missing clips, and have to be fought with every single year.
Commercial-grade LED is built to sit outside all winter, so most displays run the whole season without needing anything. If a problem does come up, maintenance and replacements are fully included. And when the season is over the lot goes back into our storage, not your garage.
Installs begin in October. There are only so many install days between then and the end of November, and they fill up as the season gets closer, so the earlier you get on the schedule the more say you have in your date.
Up is not the same as on. Your timer is set to whatever you tell us, so the house stays dark until you want it lit — most people switch on some time in November, others hold out for the day after Thanksgiving. Change your mind and we will change the timer.
Takedowns begin in January, and you can keep them up into mid-February if you want. A lit house is worth having through the darkest part of the winter, so just tell us when you have had enough. You do not need to be home for the install or the takedown either way.
Same territory as the washing: Delaware from Dover northward, through Middletown, Newark and Wilmington, and up into the Pennsylvania suburbs as far as Media. If you are close to the edge of that, ask — we route the install runs by neighborhood and one more house on an existing street is easy to say yes to.
Storefronts, dealerships and HOA entrances are the same job at a different scale, and worth booking earliest of all: a commercial property usually wants the lights on for the day after Thanksgiving, which puts the survey in September and the install well ahead of the retail season.
The front roofline picked out in C9 bulbs. One clean line along the top of the house, which is the part the street actually sees, and where most people start.
The roofline, plus the two things that turn an outline into a house that looks properly done: a lit wreath on the front, and the shrubs in the front beds wrapped to match, or deliberately not.
The house people slow down for. Roofline, wreaths, beds, the walk lined, and the specimen trees out front wrapped trunk and branch.
Every package includes the design, the install, maintenance through the season, takedown from January and off-season storage. A 25% materials deposit holds your install date and covers the bulbs and cord cut for your roof; the balance is due once the lights are on.

Nothing is off a shelf. We draw your display onto a picture of the front of your own house — your colors, your roof line, your trees — so what you are choosing between is pictures of your home lit up, rather than a catalog of somebody else’s.
So you never have to maintain them, store them or replace them. Commercial-grade LED, cut to fit your roof and ours to look after: nothing to buy, nothing in your attic, and no strand that half-works when it comes out next November.
The display is maintained for as long as it is up. A bulb out, a run gone dark, a strand pulled loose in a gale — call us and we come and put it right, at no charge. Once it is on you should not have to think about it again.
Takedowns start in January, but you can keep the house lit into mid-February if you would rather. Say the word and it comes down, and the lights go into our storage. Next season you call and it goes straight back up.
Tell us when suits and how you would rather be reached. Most designs are drawn without us setting foot on the property — from Street View, or from a couple of photos you send us here. We come out in person when the house is awkward to see, or when you would simply rather we did.
We will text you to talk it through.
